Samantha Derrick
CAF awarded Samantha Derrick a grant to help her complete her film project, Paving Plant-Based Pathways: Empowering the Next Generation of Plant-Based Food System Leaders in Latin America. Samantha is the founder and executive director of Plant Futures Initiative, and received her a Master’s degree in Public Health from University of California Berkeley, where she focused on plant-based nutrition and food systems. Samantha lives in Mexico City, Mexico.
