Sunaura Taylor is an artist and animal rights and disability rights activist. CAF gave her a grant to continue her art. In 2017, she published Beasts of Burden: Animal and Disability Liberation. Sunaura has also written for AlterNet, American Quarterly, BOMB, the Monthly Review, Qui Parle, and Yes! magazine and has contributed to the books Ecofeminism, Defiant Daughters, Occupy!, Stay Solid, and Infinite City.
